Hello my name is Victoria Baylor and I Love to see Confident Women Win!!! It’s for that very reason that I am a Personal Branding Strategist, Expert Color Consultant and Confidence Coach! I’m fueled to help women use their inner strengths and personal qualities to push past their fears and have the life and success they deserve.
All too often that isn’t the case. Life has a way of beaten us up sometime and dashing our dreams. It can make us hesitate, shy away from opportunities and doubt our capabilities. We can let the fear of failure intimidate us. We all have been there at one time or another and many of you are there now. Trust me I can definitely relate When I transitioned between my career in research science to an entrepreneur I lost a big sense of who I was as a person. As I learned personally no matter the challenge none of us have to stay down. And when you are down that only means the only place you can go is up!
This blog is focused on desensitizing the fear of failure and the illusion of perfectionism and other hangup’s women fall prey to. We are HIGHLY competent and it’s time that our confidence reflects our knowledge of that. No more being timid, hesitant and intimidated. This blog is about challenging all of us to go to the next level in business and beyond!!!!
You’ll find updated posts weekly covering a variety of confidence related topics. Each will come with it’s own reflection for you to ponder how to apply what you’ve learned to grow your confidence. Since I believe it practicing what I preach—I’ll be listing some of my 20 F.A.D Stretch Goals to demonstrate how deliberate & strategic Action is what grows Confidence. I’ll keep you abreast of my results with my own goals. So in a way this blog serves as a Challenge of sorts.
